Melmerby Provincial Beach Park:
Located on the Sunrise Trail near New Glasgow this beach has to be seen if you are visiting Nova Scotia. The north shore of Nova Scotia provides the warmest water north of the Carolinas.

Main Floor:
Large kitchen with old large table and breakfast nook. Beautiful large windows to watch the ocean.
Large Family Room with access to walk out deck and patio.
Dining Room with table that seats 10 with walk out deck/patio.
Family Room with room to sit and talk.
Study/Den with cable TV.

Upstairs:
4 large bedrooms with the Master having a king sized bed, fireplace, master bath with jacuzzi. Walk-in closets (him/her) and beautiful views of the ocean.
3 large bedrooms with queen sized beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. All have televisions in the rooms with large closet space and a shared full bathroom.

Finished Basement:
Large entertainment area with bar, and refrigerator. Large screen TV and full bathroom. Pull-out couches and a 5th bedroom downstairs with a pull-out bed. Walk out to a manicured back yard with stone walls and a view to the ocean.

Melmerby Beach with Life Guard service.
3 golf courses within 5-10 minute drive.
Hector Heritage Quay.
New Glasgow 10 minutes away.
Kayaking and canoeing in Little Harbour.

Rates and Polices:
Rentals available by the week, Saturday to Saturday, check-in 3pm, check-out by 11am.

A nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of each week booked is required to confirm a reservation. A security deposit of $500 (to be refunded within 2 weeks of your trip if no damage has occurred) is needed with the balance of the rental fee. Rental payment is due 30 days before your arrival. No pets. No smoking.
