This is a very cute almost cottage-like but modern furnished home in the heart of James Bay, Victoria's best location--near a large park, adjacent to tennis courts, next to a bus stop, 1 block to waterfront and a restaurant, 5 blocks to a major shopping center and about 1.5 miles from downtown Victoria.  Walk (or bus) nearly everywhere!  We are interested in renting by the month or possibly for two weeks minimum, rents will vary by the season and duration-- but will be reasonable.  Cleaning deposit will be required.  Available mid-summer 2010 (we just bought). Especially interested in responsible middle aged winter tenants from other provinces--this area has Canada's most mild climate
(rarely any snow or freezing temps).
