Once you have submitted your home information and pictures we will add your new listing to CanadaVacationRentals.ca.  We will then email you an invoice confirming your listing and give you the total cost of your listing.  You will then need to make payment by either:  1) Online Credit Card  2) Mail-In Cheque  3) PayPal

Yes, we list properties outside of Canada including United States, Mexico and around the world to allow property owners in these areas to advertise to people here in Canada.  Many Canadians own vacation properties outside of Canada and we offer this service so that our visitors may see something that they would be interested in renting and can then contact the owner for further details.

How do I add pictures of my property if I don't have a scanner or digital camera?

No problem, just mail-in your pictures along with your payment and we will scan them for you and add them to your listing.  If you want your pictures returned you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope along with them.

Can I put on a listing for less than a full year?

Sorry, we only offer listings that are a full year.  If your property is not available for part of the year you can include those details within the listing.

What advice would you give to someone to trying to rent their vacation property online?

First, make sure you have a price that is competitive with similar vacation rentals in your location.  Secondly, TAKE GOOD PICTURES!!  A good picture is worth a thousand good words, a bad picture is worth a thousand bad words.  Make sure you take outside pictures on a bright day, preferably when the yard is nice and green (or with lots of snow, depending on your type of rental).  Keep the pictures simple, use different angles and views to your advantage, pictures can often make or break your listing.

Can I make changes to my listing once it is on?
